Louise Leigh gets plenty of comic mileage out of being middle-aged. Routines on the menopause, open water swimming and dog walking are amongst the highlights.

Also covered: raising teenagers among llamas; which are the most boring nipples; why the menopause is a cross between the climate crisis and World War 1; and biscuits. There's always biscuits. Viewers may become fiercely aroused.
