Venue 245 is now known as Laughing Horse @ Downstairs at Betty's, but in 2023 it was called The Cocktail Mafia.
New venue for Edinburgh. A piano bar with just a piano, musician, and patrons encouraged to sing along to songs ranging from Broadway showtunes to current pop hits in the main bar... and Fringe shows running in the rear room. Downstairs at Betty's is an homage to the owner's grandmother: the woman who celebrated her artsy, creative grandson and encouraged him to march to the beat of his own drum.
