2023 Edinburgh Fringe
Me, Myself and Mary (Queen of Scots)
From award-winning writer Raymond Friel, Me, Myself and Mary (Queen of Scots) is a one-woman play with a cast of thousands! Join citizen historian and proud Shetlander Mary Fraser on a whistle-stop tour of Mary Stuart's life and times and - amazingly - how they mirror her own! (Albeit with less beheadings and an annoying sister instead of a cousin). Jam-packed with murder, mayhem, intrigue, family infighting and gender politics, the story of Queen Mary's life is more relevant now than ever... and all of this with a Shetland twist.
