2023 Edinburgh Fringe

Edinburgh Fringe 2023 - let's go!

Festival sign at the Edinburgh Fringe

It's nearly time for another packed festival. Officially running from 4th to 28th August (but, as always, with shows spilling out either side of those official dates too), the largest arts festival in the world will once again will be delivering over 1000 different comedy shows across a month. Stand-up, sketch, improv, plays and all kinds of other mediums will be available and aiming to make your sides hurt.

At the time of writing we have 1,875 different comedy shows listed, including many you won't find on the official website or app (it's good the app is back but, yeah, it still only highlights shows that have paid the registration fee).

We've been covering the festival in-depth since 2010 and - as in every other year - we are aiming to provide you with comprehensive coverage of the festival. Look out for features, news and trivia.

We've become well known for handily collecting up all the reviews and press mentions shows get and have already begun scouring in excess of 70 publications daily in order to record every interview published. You'll be able to find these, and a show's reviews when the festival starts, neatly summarised on our individual listings.

Anyway, that's enough talking from us... time to plan your trip:
