2023 Edinburgh Fringe
Brit-ish?
Born from the three most violent places on earth (Northern Ireland, America and Essex), Ciara Jack, expresses her political rage by impersonating her disappointed parents. Ira Sylvester actually wanted to be a cult leader, but unfortunately audiences kept cackling, slapping their thighs and pointing at him. Philosophising about his life experiences, he agonises over the privilege he never had but definitely deserves. They met in the infamous comedy hotbed of Denmark, Ira was one of the first UK refugees to escape England and Ciara just went there as a bloody woman with absolute notions.
