2022 Edinburgh Fringe
Read for Filth
The single hardest day of your life is the day you realise you're not going to go mad and you're not going to kill yourself. Though the first day of lockdown is a close second. Blending original comedy, poetry and storytelling about mental health and the various filthy absurdities of contemporary life, festival newcomer Nathan Savoy guides the audience on an (uncomfortably) personal tour of misery, mistakes, despair, interiority, anxiety, hope and, with some luck, renewal. Shouldn't take more than forty minutes, right?

Read for Filth is a blend of stand-up comedy and more traditional one-man-show theatre, with some poetry peppered in for good measure.
