In just 12 minutes, Lag tells the story of a class on meditation and self-care that, in May of 2020, has made the move to online due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Four students and an instructor steadfastly attempt to attain inner peace in an online environment beset by all the distractions and frustrations of a "new normal."
