In a delightful fashion, Earth has been destroyed. No one really knows how or why the wars started. All that's known is the few remaining humans were forced to flee from the rubble that remained, leaving behind all historical records. Now several millennia later, a small group of student documentary makers travel to Earth to piece together their ancestors' past - although what they find appears to be a little more sketchy than they had perhaps anticipated...
