A musical journey through the hilarious foibles and pain that come with having a heart in this modern world. I ask the audience to put a couple of sentences about a past love or heartbreak into a hat, and at various points in the show I will pull one out and improvise a song about it. In between songs I will be telling stories and jokes about my love history, and how it ultimately set me on a path for a deeper understanding of how we can all stand to love ourselves a lot more.
