Fringe golf cup
The ninth year of the Mackenzie Taylor Memorial Cup took place today at Duddingston Golf Course, situated in the shadow of Arthur's Seat in Scotland's capital.
Mackenzie Taylor was a comedian, golfer and Edinburgh Fringe regular who tragically took his own life in 2010. The tournament has been played every year since, in his memory.
This year participants included comedians Fred MacAulay, John Robins, Carl Donnelly, Paul Mccaffrey, Ed Patrick, Daniel Connell and Jimeoin, plus agents and promoters Mick Perrin and Richard Bucknall.
The group was completed by entertainment legend Basil Brush, whose caddy Michael Winsor helped point him in the right direction and win the 2019 cup.
