The Redmonds have an unusually close relationship - with their house. Now the children are grown and it's time to sell. Their sacred nest though, can only be entrusted to the perfect buyers. And the Fishers are just the right kind of people. But a toast to the sale, with ceremonial handover of keys, reveals the buyers' true designs - leading to a raucous and irreverent battle of wills.
