Adapted from Anton Chekhov's comedy. The sudden loss of her husband left her mourning, in tears, for months. She has isolated herself from the world ever since. One day, a sudden burst of knocks followed by a man's voice changes everything. As they look at each other, he sees the burning passion underneath her makeup.
