A broke comedian applies for Arts Council funding for a one-man immersive play about a comedian who tricks the Arts Council into funding comedy by pretending it's a play. A unique, coruscating debut from a legitimate award winner. Genre-defying, boundary-pushing and outright hilarious show from one of the country's brightest new "playwrights". Canapes will be served before the serious theatre piece begins. 'He's mastered the art of exaggerated anger...if you like your comedians pissed off, Mulholland's your man' (Chortle.co.uk).
