Alasdair Beckett-King: The Alasdair Beckett-King Mysteries
The award-winning comedian Alasdair Beckett-King is legendary, in that there is little historical evidence he exists. But he does exist. His debut solo show opens a cabinet of curiosities, tackling the conundrums of impending extinction, archaic axioms, emotional repression and vegan flimflam. Come and see it, please. Winner Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2017. 'One to watch' (Time Out). 'A bold and fresh comedy voice' (The Stage). 'Delicious writing and exceptional observations (Chortle.co.uk). 'Clever and quirky without ever being inaccessible' (BeyondTheJoke.co.uk). As heard on BBC Radio 4 Extra.
