This is the story of the end of the world. Not this world, another world. 'Side-splittingly funny' (BroadwayBaby.com), surreal storytellers zazU return with their most epic show yet. Set in their strange new land of alternate laws and eccentric inhabitants, this show brings together new characters and old favourites to face the greatest threat zazU has ever encountered. With the residents of zazU's lives being literally turned upside down, who will find enough raisins to stay alive? 'Surreal... silly fun' **** (ThreeWeeks). 'From the sublime to the ridiculous... stylish and bizarre throughout' **** (EdFringeReview.com).

zazU: Punning in a parallel universe

We first heard about the comedy theatre troupe that go by the name of zazU back in 2014, when they delighted our reviewer with their "parallel universe sketch show". They've gone from strength to strength since then, honing their style, and returning with two puntastically titled shows: A FĂȘte Worse Than Death last year, and Raisins To Stay Alive this time round, both set in their self created land of zazU.

The brilliant zazU are back at the Fringe performing Raisins To Stay Alive at Gilded Balloon Teviot. "It's silly, strange and, of course, very, very funny", says our 5/5 review of the show.
