He threw an "enormous" birthday party in Florence though he had to postpone it by a few weeks when he decided to take part in the ITV reality television show, Drive, which saw him racing buggies and Formula 4 cars against celebrities such as Louis Walsh, Mariella Frostrup and Colin Jackson.

That is, recession laughs, shows which are relatively cheap to stage.
