2016 Edinburgh Fringe
Paper in My Pants
It's all in the mind you know... or is it? A writer struggling to meet the fast-looming deadline for his first commissioned novel, and reeling under pressure from a well-meaning but nagging wife and a manipulative agent, suddenly finds himself facing a rebellion... from his characters. Not happy with the way they are being written, the characters manifest in his study and attempt to take over writing the novel themselves. PIMP is a darkly inventive comedy exploring the boundaries of reality and fiction, free will and determination and yes, even pizza and chicken. A cracking show.
