2016 Edinburgh Fringe
Kat Bond: Loo Roll
Kat Bond (BBC Radio 4, BBC Three, Channel 4) and, let's throw it out there, Call the Midwife, brings Pat and her characters to Edinburgh. One half of 'sublime' duo That Pair ***** (BroadwayBaby.com) plays Pat, a librarian - yes, a performance poet - of course, an auteur of character creation - that makes sense, a rapper - sort of. Armed only with that classic mainstay of the theatre, loo roll, join Pat as she puts her talent to good use and tries to find her family. 'Off-beat brilliance... beautiful skits and bonkers characters' **** (Times).
