Friz Frizzle has ruined songs for West End Shows, #1 Comedy Albums and BBC Radio 4, and now he is going to ruin them live. Armed with a piano, this parodist will take the tunes you know and love, and mess around with them until you don't want to know or love them anymore. This show is essentially 60 or so song parodies crammed into an hour. Come check it out or I'll be very upset. 'This comic will never be short of funny material' (Sun). 'Very skilful. Very enjoyable' (Murray Gold, composer).

Yesterday at the Fringe I saw the strangest things

At last year's Edinburgh Fringe, performer Cassie Atkinson and I seemed to be stalking each other. Almost every day, we seemed to bump into each other at least once. This year, she seems to have been replaced by Joz Norris and Scott Agnew. I keep meeting Joz in other people's shows and Scott on street corners.

Ten must see Edinburgh Fringe shows for 2016

While up in the Scottish capital, I'm hoping to see at least two comedy shows a day. It is, after all, the world's biggest arts festival, featuring the best of British and international talent - many of them free entry. So here's ten shows I'm recommending (in alphabetical order) if you're visiting Edinburgh this month.
