2016 Edinburgh Fringe
Adam Hess: Feathers
After his award-nominated, sell-out debut show, Adam Hess, star of Live at the BBC, is back and he's cooler and taller than ever! He's a funny guy, has good manners and no matter how dark or light it is when he leaves the cinema he's always surprised. 'For good-quality gags per minute, there is no better comedian on the Fringe' (Independent). 'Relentlessly entertaining, full of beautiful imagery' (Time Out). Chortle Best UK Circuit Comedian 2016 nominee.

The Guardian, 5th August 2016Rarely asked questions - Adam Hess
I laughed like a loon at Adam Hess' Fringe show last summer. The gags flew around the room at such a fast and furious pace that I was still chuckling at one punchline when the next one hit me. He more than deserved his Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nomination. As well as the wordplay and one-liners there is a playful, childlike streak to Hess. He felt a bit like a boy trapped in a man's body. His new show is called Feathers. I'm hoping to be tickled again.

The Reviews Hub, 22nd July 2016Adam Hess: Edinburgh Fringe 2016 interview
Adam Hess blew us away with last year's full debut that was an exhilarating, fast-paced hour of brilliant jokes and superbly rich and rambling stories of an awkward adolescence. From an early preview, this year's effort is just as beautifully silly.

Natalie O'Donoghue, Broadway World, 29th June 2016Fringe preview: Adam Hess
I think I laughed more when I was at the Edinburgh show by Adam Hess than at any show last summer. I have to qualify that, however, by saying that I couldn't remember many of the actual jokes afterwards, but that was because they flew around the room at such a fast and furious pace that I was still chuckling at one punchline when the next one hit me.
