2015 Edinburgh Fringe
The Thwarting of Baron Bolligrew
There's trouble afoot, all the Dragons have been quashed, and what's a young knight to do? Especially, when there's the trouble-making Oblong with nothing to occupy him. Unless, but no, that's surely too dangerous, too foolhardy even for the troublesome Oblong. Robert Bolt's comedy bursts forth in a torrent of sweaty sword fights, dastardly dragons and mortifying magicians. Suitable for young and old, a light-hearted break from the more intense aspects of the Fringe, The Thwarting of Baron Bolligrew will bring tears to your eyes... hopefully from laughter.

Stephen Mangan can do no wrong with his hilarious adaptation of Lisa Kudrow's US comedy Web Therapy. Tonight, put-upon therapist Richard Pitt's mother tries to move in, loan shark Neil rants about his grim past and Kevin Eldon joins the cast as a mean lottery winner. No wonder Pitt feels "like a cock in a blender".
