These bank note flyers are a little bit genius
The Edinburgh Fringe 2015 has nearly finished. Sad faces all round! However, one thing the BCG team is now looking forward to is being able to walk down a street again without having marketing flyers thrust in front of our faces every two paces.
Top marks then to Bruce Fummey and Bronston Jones who made their flyers look a bit like bank notes this year. Rather than having to hand their flyers out, Bruce and Bronston have just been scattering their flyers around venues... resulting in audience members, thinking they've spotted some money, picking up the show marketing of their own free will.
Admittedly, the BCG team were a bit disappointed when told that the Scottish £10 notes we'd just picked up wouldn't work at the bar... apparently notes from the Bank of Bruce Fummey aren't yet legal tender?!?
'Bruce Fummey: A History of Scotland' is at 5:40pm at Stand in the Square until the 30th August. Listing
'Bronston Jones: God Bless 'Merica' is at 9:45pm at Bar 50 until the 30th August. Listing
