2014 Edinburgh Fringe
Robin Ince's Blooming Buzzing Confusion
Most of your brain doesn't know you exist; let's find out how conscious we really are. Having investigated particle physics and evolutionary biology, the host of BBC Radio 4's Infinite Monkey Cage's new stand-up show goes into the matter that led to it all, the human brain. Best known as a science populariser, and winner of three Chortle awards, Time Out Award for Outstanding Achievement in Comedy, and Gold and Silver Sony awards promises a dissection of what makes you... probably. Warning: may cause existential angst and curiosity. Mysterians welcome.

Fringe Review at The Stand Comedy Club
The Stand leads the way in comedy at the Fringe. It has its own feel and buzz and there's plenty of intelligent, different and old-favourite shows on offer.
Fringe Review, 1st August 2014How to spend £30 at the Edinburgh Fringe
Expensive isn't it, the Fringe? What with those pesky opportunist landlords and those pesky twilight boozers.
London is Funny is sadly unable to intervene when it comes to sweeping rent controls, or alcohol licensing legislation, but LiF CAN help when it comes to having a cracking day of comedy without breaking the bank.

London Is Funny, 30th July 2014Edinburgh Fringe preview: Robin Ince
This could be an interesting show. Dammit, it will be an interesting show. The first time I saw Robin Ince he wasn't onstage, he was voting at the same polling station as me in the 1997 General Election. The next time I saw him he was supporting a relatively youthful Ricky Gervais and being slightly smutty in a schoolboyish way.
Bruce Dessau, Beyond The Joke, 4th July 2014Fringe - Mind blowing comedy at The Stand
In his new comedy show Robin Ince is In (and out of) His Mind, Ince explains that the human mind is one of the most complex organisms in the Universe. This week's sell-out show at Edinburgh's Stand comedy Club left the audience in no doubt that Ince's mind is in a league of complexity all its own.
Elaine Downs, The Edinburgh Reporter, 26th June 2014The Robin Ince three minute interview
Stand-Up comic Robin Ince isn't a name dropper. So Martin Walker will do some for him. In a 25 year long career he's worked with the likes of Chris Addison, Richard Dawkins, Ricky Gervais, Stewart Lee, Josie Long, Natalie Haynes, and (gulp) Brian Cox. He's currently touring his show, Robin Ince: In and Out of His mind.
