Ray Peacock: Here Comes Trouble
Ray Peacock has been a very naughty boy recently and it's time to find out why. Join the quadruple Chortle Award nominated comedian and best bit of Peacock & Gamble as he takes you through a myriad of mischief and misdemeanours in an attempt to get to the bottom of what drives a grown man to such infantile behaviour. I've come in well under the word count, can I get some money back? "Combining the childish mischief of John Belushi with the victimised protestations of the underdog" **** (List). "Incessantly hilarious" (Guardian). "Unrestrained silliness" (Independent).

Ray Peacock has been a very naughty boy recently and it's time to find out why. Join the quadruple Chortle Award nominated comedian and best bit of Edinburgh favourites Peacock & Gamble as he takes you through a myriad of mischief and misdemeanours in an attempt to get to the bottom of what drives a grown man to such infantile behaviour. In his 10th Edinburgh Fringe show, Here Comes Trouble, Ray tries to discover the reason he has lived a life of mischief, sackings, self-sabotage and impulsivity, and how it has fundamentally damaged him as a functioning human being.
Ray has had an impressive career, both as one half of the critically acclaimed double-act Peacock & Gamble, and as a solo performer. The loveably juvenile entertainer has established himself as one of the most popular compères, headline performers and TV warm-up acts on the circuit.
Along with being the only act (besides Ed) to have made repeat appearances on Russell Howard's Good News (BBC Three), Ray's TV credits include No Heroics (ITV2), Doctor Who (BBC One), Skins (E4), Doctors (BBC One), Skin Deep (Channel 4), Not Going Out (BBC One), The Many Faces Of Les Dawson (BBC One) and Les Dawson's Finest Hour (Channel 4).
In 2007, Ray created The Ray Peacock Podcast which later became the hugely successful (#1 on iTunes) Peacock & Gamble Podcast. The show has been nominated for Chortle Awards in consecutive years, used as in-flight entertainment for British Airways and is a flagship show on FUBAR radio. Ray recently joined forces with fellow comedian Angela Barnes for Barnes and Peacock do Sex, a brand new show for the station.
Drawing from his experience as a regular warm up for shows including Red Dwarf, Not Going Out, The IT Crowd, Russell Howard's Good News and French & Saunders, Ray wrote, produced and starred in the well-received BBC Comedy Online video Warm Up.
