No, you're not dreaming. This comedian is wearing a dog collar. Maggy's day job is as an independent Catholic priest. And no, she's not a bloke in drag either. If she were, she'd have big hair and much better makeup. Girl Catholic priests do exist - they're just not Roman. Mind you, if you've seen Maggy's nose, you might doubt that. Her irreverent reverence tells stories of clerical bitch-slapping, clears up a few myths about the Bible and admires atheists for their complete lack of doubt about anything.
