After triumphing in a big fight, teenage gladiator Marcus is catapulted overnight into a world of fame and decadence in Ancient Rome. With an old friend, a new love and a Machiavellian agent pulling him in different directions, our protagonist faces a daunting task in navigating Roman high society. With all the temptations and pressures that arrive with overnight renown, how easy is it for young celebrities to stay true to themselves? And who will be there to pick up the pieces when they fall?
