2014 Edinburgh Fringe
Addison Cresswell Comedy Tribute
This show was not included in the Fringe brochure.
Addison Creswell is a legend on the Fringe. He started managing comedy acts in the early 1980s and went on to build up his live company, Off The Kerb and a television business Open Mike. Much of the early success of this derived from his acts that are Edinburgh stalwarts including Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Phil Jupitus, Adam Hills, Dara O'Briain, Michael McIntyre, Rich Hall, Josh Widdicombe, Shappi Khorsandi, Kevin Bridges and many more. Sadly Addison died last December at the age of 52. Here we plan a true comedy tribute to this wonderful friend - Edinburgh won't be the same without him. Proceeds will go to the Great Ormond Street Hospital, a charity that was close to Addison's heart.
