Janet Bettesworth is a 69 year-old middle-class woman with a cautious and conservative outlook, a member of the Townswomen's Guild. Her friend/alter ego, Janine, is constantly trying to lead her astray.

Janine's efforts are redoubled when she discovers that Janet has had a gynaecological reconstruction after a prolapse.

Claiming that it would be 'unfair on the tax-payer' not to put the 'designer vagina' to good use, she eventually manages to persuade Janet to accompany her on a dogging adventure in Brighton.

The show is punctuated by two Women's Guild type raffles involving interaction with, and performance by, the audience.
