2012 Edinburgh Fringe
Steve Shanyaski's Life-Survival Bible
Does everyone's life seem better than yours on Twitter...? Have you won the Ugandan lottery without buying a ticket - again...? Were you forced to leave the pub after accidentally uttering the word, 'amazeballs' in the tap room...? and what on earth is TOWIE? To survive a single day of modern life requires immeasurable luck, enormous debt, being the son of a dictator (or Hollywood director)... or by being smoothly guided by Steve Shanyaski's Life-Survival Bible. As seen on ITV1's Comedy Rocks and Comedy Store on Comedy Central. 'Uproariously funny' (Chortle.co.uk).

Fringe diaries #5: Steve Shanyaski
When I loaded up my car to breaking point on the day of my arrival in Edinburgh - D-day - I had all my rules in place to survive a month in "The Burg": Don't drink. Simple.
Steve Shanyaski, Giggle Beats, 16th August 2012More details
Steve Shanyaski makes his long-awaited Edinburgh Festival debut with his new show Steve Shanyaski's Life-Survival Bible'. This follows an incredible 2011 which saw Manchester born Steve perform on the BBC Royal Variety Show and ITV's Comedy Rocks With Jason Manford no mean feat for the North's best kept comedy secret - that is until now!
Surviving modern life requires assistance, and Shanyaski is here to help you - he's even broken it down into chapters for you - think of him as the walking, talking equivalent of Dummie's Guide To.. but delivered with a bucket load of charm, surreal and silly material coupled with brilliant comedy songs.
In 2003 Steve walked out on a mind numbing office job and straight onto a comedy stage and has not looked back since. Within half a year of his comedic birth he had made it through to the semi-finals of the BBC New Comedian of the Year, the North West Comedian of the Year Final, and later that year he had the honour of appearing on the BBC7 Radio Showcase Spanking New. Since then he has added to his list of accolades by being named the Holsten Pils Comedian of the Year 2005, and the Birmingham Comedy Festival's best breaking talent 2005.
Steve has more strings in his bow than Nicanor Zabaleta (the world famous harpist!). A very charismatic and silly performer with a natural talent for spinning yarns, a fertile imagination, and a skilled musical background, his act combines as many elements as Steve can muster.
