This show premiered in December 2011, receiving a five-star review (LeedsStudent.org) and selling out three shows. It was subsequently invited for an extra (sell-out) night in the Little Leeds Fringe. Joe lives a life of lethargy and disappointment, not helped by his corruptive flatmate Sean or his harassed girlfriend Layla. However, a chance encounter plunges him into a seedy world of money and women and jewels and gangsters and danger and proverbs. Pretty When I'm Drunk merges text with some physical theatre to take you away on a dark, yet comical journey.
