A cheerful comedy production from Japanese theatre company, Akagumi, based on Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor. Reset in the early modern period of Osaka city, Japan, the women behave like angelic devils - or devilish angels! Full of love and laughter, discover how cheats and tricks lead to happy consequences as this show reveals how the ladies of Osaka laughed away their troubles. Performed in Japanese Osaka dialect.
