Every adventure has a story! From bus trips to long haul flights, Des Clarke superbly mines these situations for the hilarious experiences we can all relate to, in this year's show Final Destination. Scotland's star of stand-up and the Capital Breakfast Show takes us on a wild journey of enlightenment! His career has already taken him many places with high profile presenting stints on BBC and ITV. However, the comedy stage is where Des really belongs and his performances really are 'in a league of their own' (Glasgow Herald).

Born in Glasgow, Des started doing stand-up when he was 19 and now he is one of the UK's most exciting rising stars. He has made a name for himself as a highly successful comedian and a hot young presenter on TV and he has played all over the world including from New York to Australia. A former Chortle Award winner, Des became popular hosting ITV1's Saturday morning shows SM:TV Live, as well as BBC's Sportsround and a lengthy stint as anchor on BBC's Children in Need (BBC Scotland). He has won the prestigious Presenter Of The Year award at the British Radio Awards, and he can be heard daily across the country as the star of Scotland's Capital FM.
