Late Night Gimp Fight review

The humping, wanking, vomiting, incestuous prostitution, backstreet abortion and diarrhoea aren't the most disgusting parts of this show from sketch group Late Night Gimp Fight, which delivers a huge amount of truly, horribly retch-inducing punchlines. Most of the drunk late-night crowd roar at the gross-out humour, but there are a few early walkouts, and lot of people are visibly cringing throughout.
In this frantic, densely-packed hour all the women are whores and housewives, but then again all the men are continually masturbating and slaughtering each other, so it's less a case of sexism and more of general unpleasantness. The only character that gets any respect or sympathy is an abandoned baby hoover in a sketch that's surprises by being both surreal and slow.
Whilst the jokes all rely on shock and filth, there are a lot of them, and they are often well delivered. The songs and dances are slick and packed with gags, the video transitions are well made and well-timed, and there are some great ideas in the prop and puppet scenes, though they do always end with ejaculation or diarrhoea. I didn't enjoy it, but if you want fast-paced filth this show delivers.
