2011 Edinburgh Fringe
Twonkeys Castle - Free
Paul Vickers, of Dawn of the Replicants fame, performs a living spectacle of stories, songs and experiments. A not-for-kids, kids show featuring a talking loaf of bread. We find Twonkey in her new hilltop home after navigating a windy mountain pass in a hot air balloon. Twonkey has outgrown her cottage, which is haunted by the ghost of silent movie actress Lillian Gish. 'Vickers is a good, honest weirdo, and very funny to boot.' (List), 'It's the only show that has actually made me cry with laughter' (Fringe Round Up).
