McNeil and Pamphilon often get asked - which one are you? But, which one are YOU? Well, you're a McNeil if you find the scale and complexity of the universe awe-inspiring, whereas you're a Pamphilon if you think we all live inside a marble in a giant's pocket. You're a McNeil if you buy designer clothes but still look like a supply teacher. You're a Pamphilon if you buy second hand Primark and get more pussy than Bieber. You're a McNeil if you consider mouthwash an essential. You're a Pamphilon if you consider mouthwash a cheap alternative to crème de menthe. You get the idea - Steve's the boring one, Sam's the sexy idiot...it's a double act...

Steve McNeil performed in Brendon Burns' 2007 if.comedy award-winning show, "So I Suppose This is Offensive Now" at the Edinburgh Fringe-, Glasgow Comedy- and Montreal 'Just for Laughs'- Festivals, and in London's West-End (filmed for DVD and TV's Comedy Central). In 2009, he replaced Rik Mayall at short notice to play the lead role of Skinner in The Peter Hall Company production of "Balmoral".
Sam Pamphilon performed alongside Simon Pegg for Channel 4's Sunday Night Project, and played the male lead in the short comedy, "Can We Talk?", which recently won an Honourable Mention Award at the Sundance Film Festival. Screen performances include In Love With Barbara, Holby City and Doctors for the BBC, and the forthcoming feature film, Emulsion.
The show is directed by Matt Holt, who directed on all three series of ITV's Comedy Cuts, the second series of BBC's sitcom, Lunch Monkeys, Brendon Burns' 2007 if.comedy-winning show, and Idiots Of Ants 2009 Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated sketch show.
Steve, Sam and Matt currently have a sitcom in development, End To End, which won them the 2009 Sitcom Trials Award at Leicester Square Theatre.
They gained notoriety when their sketch about the Jonas Brothers received over 70,000 hits (and nearly as many complaints from offended American teenagers) in a week through Warner Bros' online video site, ComedyBox.
