Offbeat guitar thrashing comic is back with his quirky brand of musical comedy. Do you crave personal space, but need other people's company? These are difficult times, but it's you and me and we'll get through it. We're in this together like Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, Elton and Kiki Dee, Renee and Renato. A collection of songs, rants, one-liners and harmonic interaction to make your heart and mouth sing. 'Instantly likeable ... fun musical style' (British Comedy Guide), 'Has many in the audience crying with laughter. Hilarious' **** (Hairline).

What came first, the funny or the tune?

There has been a massive resurgence in musical comedy in recent years, so we asked guitar strumming comic Matt Tiller what comes first... the funny or the tune?

So what happens when you kidnap the Chancellor George Osborne and hide him in your cellar? Well Matt Tiller is about to tell you. And, yes, we are in this together.

Based (partly) on a true story, quirky musical comic Matt Tiller presents Just Du-et, his fourth hour-long show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Through a collection of songs, rants, one-liners and harmonic interaction to make your heart and mouth sing, Matt cleverly unveils the series of peculiar events which lead from his first encounter with George Osborne and the 'incident' at University through to an opportunistic kidnapping of the now Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Equipped with a guitar, a gravelly singing voice and an offbeat sense of humour, he figures out why he has a dislike - no hatred - for ex-public school, Oxbridge, smug-faced Tory boy types who give the impression that they were born to rule. When the fact is Matt went to Public School and Oxford, just like George. It's just he's preferred to keep that a secret until now.

Back at Just the Tonic at the Caves for a second year with his unique brand of musical comedy this loveable, guitar-thrashing comic returns with incredible new material which will have the audience laughing and singing along at the same time. But, don't forget, just like Jay-Z and Keys, Elton and Kiki Dee, Renée and Renato, we are in this together.
