Following the sell-out success of his 2010 show with Eric Lampaert, Dommett and Lampaert, Joel Dommett returns to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this year with his highly anticipated debut solo show.
A gloriously heart-warming tale of Love, Lust, Loss and Learjets in Las Vegas.
We've all fallen in love with a famous movie star (let's face it even Lassie had her fans). Joel is no exception.
But what happens when you meet that movie star and she actually invites you to share her glamorous birthday weekend amongst the neon lights of Las Vegas?
Join Joel and experience the highs and the lows of a holiday desperately trying to bond with his movie star heroine (who cannot be named for legal reasons) and her entourage, as they party their way through America's home of glamour and bad taste.
You'll feel like you've lived through a bizarre real life mixture of The OC, Beverly Hills 90210 and Sons of Anarchy (with a little bit of CSI thrown in for good measure).
Joel's TV appearances include Russell Howard's Good News (BBC3), Popatron (BBC2), Skins (E4), Teenage Kicks and Golden Hour (both ITV), and Bitesize (BBC1).
He also has film and theatre credits which include Bashment (Angelica Entertainments), Edge of Love (Jitterbug Productions), Brick It (Farringdon Road Films), Brendan At The Chelsea (Riverside Studios), Stonewall (The Pleasance, Edinburgh and The Drillhall), and Totally Practically Naked and Headcase (both Tristan Bates Theatre).
