Some say they're rock, some say they're heavy metal. The truth is that Mental Deficiency have spawned an entirely new musical genre: Heavy Mentalrock. In fact, government scientists have determined that they are so unique that they must be classified as something other than music. In the future, all sound created by instruments and arranged in a rhythmic and structured manner will be classified into two categories: Music and Mental Deficiency.
