Cool, confident and intelligent, American comedian Hannibal Buress makes his UK debut at the Edinburgh Fringe; having become a favourite at the Montreal, Chicago, New York and Melbourne Comedy Festivals.
Best known as a comedy writer for NBC's Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock, Buress' stand-up brings together minimalist delivery, absurdist logic and hyper-exaggerated anecdotes. From apple juice and racism and pigeons to rap spoofs, Hannibal generates laughs with the laid back, quirky observations that have made him one of the most hotly tipped names on the US comedy scene.
Extensive TV credits include Louie (FX), The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (CBS), Lopez Tonight (TBS), Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (NBC), The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS), The Awkward Comedy Show, Live at Gotham and John Oliver's New York Stand Up Show (Comedy Central).
