Sassy stand-up Gemma Goggin presents Gemma Goggin's Celebrity Sleepover at midnight from Thursday to Sunday at Gilded Balloon. Special guests snuggle up to share secrets, stories and laughs in an intimate alternative to the festival's hyperactive and high-octane late-night shows.
From famous faces to Fringe favourites, Gemma welcomes guests to join her on the Sleepover confessional bed each night. Putting guests at ease with her sparkling charm and willingness to reveal all, Gemma is definitely the hostess with the most-ess, ensuring revealing conversations and surprising antics.
Audiences can sit back and relax with a drink to wind up a full day of festival-ing, or recharge before heading out for a Fringe all-nighter; Pyjamas, ball gowns or jeans - everyone's welcome. The show promises confessions, tipsy guests, an equally tipsy host, a game or two, and every possibility of a pillow fight.
Gemma Goggin impressed critics and audiences with her debut stand-up show Get Laid or Die Trying at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010. This year, she is also performing her second solo show, Gemma Goggin: Double G - a show dedicated to celebrating and exploring breasts of all shapes and sizes (Gilded Balloon, 14.45, 3-29 August).
