Young people have no edge, they have no inspiration or distinction. They neither make us embarrassed with their collective pride nor make us scared to go out at nights. They have no culture to shock us or music that we can deride because it's all second-hand from previous generations. Gavin Webster, who is open to fair debate, invites you to come and listen to his lament of the death of youth's eternal rebellion and its paucity of cultural innovation. Also who's to blame! 'As funny, clever and brilliantly observed as you'll find' (Scotsman).

Saw Gavin Webster at the Laughinn chester last night, he was by far the best out of the four acts, and that includes Jason Manford, who made a surprise guest appearance. Gavin Webster is probably Britains best comedian at the moment (sue me!!!) Let's hope he doesn't get the recognition he deserves by ending up on that shite "fuck The Week"
