2011 Edinburgh Fringe

Gregory Akerman invites us to accompany him on an explorative journey through his desire for fame and the ways in which this can be achieved. We consider how this same desire has shaped and largely been responsible for the way humanity has evolved. We look at the consequences of fame and, more importantly, of not achieving it. Through tracing over 150,000 years of human endeavour we ask whether this longing for an unrealisable future is essentially Gregory's long, intricate suicide note. But with jokes and sh*t.
