Two writers, one character, one apartment, no rules. 1930s New York: two English writers hired to write a classic to-be, find themselves stuck in the middle of the city, with a serial killer on the loose re-enacting their darkest works. As they become more enthralled in their stories, we witness their character coming to life. Both frantically trying to rationalise the situation and eradicate the murderer, which they have created. This hilarious black comedy/psychological thriller explores the power that storytelling has, not just on the audience, but right through to those scribbling away on stage.
