2010 Edinburgh Fringe
Jollyboat
Tom and Ed present wonderfully crafted songs tackling life's mysteries - from the realities of Pirate Radio (aaargh!) to the Bible. These cheeky Yorkshire lads delight their audience with witty puns dimpled with controversy. Ed is a ditsy charmer; mothers love him, brothers dig him and sisters fawn, dote and sigh. Tom is the Napoleon-like mastermind who finds the satirical truth in the pedestrian. The two of them together, along with guitar, familiar tunes and some improvised costumes, teach us that adulthood is overrated and present the true meaning of brotherly love.
