The all year round comedy club makes its Edinburgh Fringe debut. Featuring some of the very best stand-up on the UK circuit every Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the last Sunday of the Fringe. Within short walking distance from Princes Street and the Royal Mile, 'Highlight Comedy' showcases two world class acts and a compere every weekend.

One of Edinburgh's most popular entertainment venues is opening its doors to Fringe acts across the city this summer for the first time.
Highlight, based in the Omni Centre, best known for its weekend comedy shows, will make its debut this year as a festival venue. Throughout the Fringe, the venue will be hosting comedy shows three times a week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
There will also be the chance for acts who have shows elsewhere in the city to appear on stage at Highlight's shows. Alongside the regular three comedians, highlight will be offering an open mike slot at all their shows for anyone who wants the chance to display five minutes of their act to a wider audience.
Darren Kinnersly, venue manager at highlight, says: "The Fringe is an Edinburgh institution, and it's brilliant that we've got the opportunity to get involved.
"We've got some great acts lined up for the shows this summer, and we're all really excited about being part of the world's best arts festival!"
