Is there a rule of thumb : how many scenes?

I read on here questions and info on how many pages and word counts n' that, what about:

How many scenes?

My 30 minute episode at present has 21 scenes.

Any thoughts?

Of my two pilots, one has 21 there other 20.

As many or few as you need to make it feel right. As Mr Fax said, don't worry about it.
