How do I...? Page 2

Well, I don't know. A lot of parents love their children more than themselves.

But you could say that is simply an instinct driven by wanting to ensure their genes are passed on.

That's what I mean. Realisation that the world is bigger than just you. The unconditional love, wanting to die for someone is probably the biggest enlightenment and realisation anyone could find.

My, my! You are in an enlightened mood today!

Swallow 20 pennies.

Change must come from within.

That is very funny SootyJ.

:D

I think Transcendental Meditation is the thing to try.

Indeed I am... Huuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I love my little brother so much it hurts. I would die for him without a doubt. That love I felt for him is scary. That you could love someone that much. I can't even imagine how a parent feels about their children.

Anyway... say something funny.

I hate myself and have loved another. And am not enlightened.

Teary

See, your theory, gone!

Enlightenment sounds like a pretty bullshitty term anyway. The endpoint of realisation? None of this matters.

Enlightenment is impractical.

Yes, well we've all been there.

These things will pass, Aaron. You can trust Uncle Winterlight on that. Now, come sit on my knee.

Sorry to ruin your theory, but I've always hated myself. It's not a magical onset since Jessie left me.

I realise we will all die it is inevitable. Realisation.

On a cheerier note, Could be worse, could be French.

I wasn't getting at that.

Are you sure you HATE yourself, though Aaron?

If you hated yourself you'd just sit at home and rot. You don't though, you go to uni, so you must see some worth in yourself.

Do you ever imagine what it's like to die? I can never quite get my head round it.

Just every stops.

Don't try to under stand the logic! you remember the Arc scene in Raiders? entering the mind of Aaron is like that.

I know what you mean. It freaks me out. I think, what is the point if I'm going to die anyway... but then get on with it. :S
