Try tomorrow.

Isn't Tilt a topical satirical show though?
Different to RFTP.

Yes and no, it wasn't totally topical. Plus there were a lot of TV parodies that can be used for both.

Ah, right.
I've now done research on Titlt. ****EDIT**** OOPS! I meant Tilt. (could Titlt be a Freudian slip?) *****END OF EDIT******

Seems they go for news/celeb/TV sketches, but not obvious parodies, i.e. they won't want to do impressions.

When they say it has to be about communication does that mean it could be anything do with the web since that is a type of communication in itself isn't it? Or does the web just class as technology? Would something to do with Ebay/Auction sites be relevant do you think?

Yes, that would be relevant.

The competition link wouldn't work for me - could anyone please post the relevant info if possible?

The link doesn't seem to be working at the moment but if you search for 'BBC Recorded For Training Purposes' in Google you should see the link and you can click on the 'Cached' link and it will display the page.

Absolutely, in fact a sketch on ebay feedback was one of the first broadcast in series one. Any web 2.0 stuff is fine.

I've written about five sketches for the show now. I just have to decide which ones to go for. Luckily, there are still 10 days to go.

I've sent my 3 in, but had no feedback yet.

Not sure if they'll be sending feedback out until after the closing date though...

I have a feeling that they may only send feedback if the sketch is definitely being broadcast.

I bet you 20p that Afinkawan will get something on it!

Purposes? Damn it, I read "Recorded for Training Porpoises"! What the hell are they going to want with my instructions on taming small cetaceans?

With Tilt they sent feedback to some of us losers.

Surely cetaceans from New Joisey.

I bloody well better do!

I think the lack of feedback is probably something to do with Ed Morrish being busy with the News Quiz. I have no idea how good he is at feedback generally but I got none while I was sending them to the rftp@bbc.co.uk address.
