I'm new to the Treason Show, and just wondered if it's acceptable to submit sketches to Newsrevue at the same time ... is it OK for both to potentially do them?
Yes every one does it, just separate e-mails mind.

Just a technical point about formatting - Treason ask you to also copy the attached sketch into the body of the e-mail. I'm fairly computer illiterate, but I find this messes up the formatting of speeches etc ... does this matter to them, or is there a way I might easily sort this out?
Ooh no, they like it pasted so they can read it as soon as it comes up possibly on a mobile. Then they use the attached document for the performance.
Not sending it pasted and attached is a good way of torpedoing a sketch early on.
So if the formatting's messed up in the body of the e-mail it's a problem then?

Bascially the one in the email will be speed read, probably off a mobile phone so as long as it's relatively clear you're fine.
I sent them a piece in which the formatting was messed up. They were kind enough to send me it back and saying 'sort it out you prick'. So they will me thinks ask you to correct it if they want to use it I guess. And they did by the way. One of the few 
I've been trying to send some stuff in, and sometimes I get the acknowledgement e-mail and sometimes not ... do you think I should be assuming it's all getting there OK?
Most likely the response bit goes down every now and then.
