I sent something in to this and haven't heard anything either. Aren't they doing this in March?
Yeah, but the idea was we'd hear in the new year and they'd do a few rehearsed readings before the 'big day'.
In fairness, I think there is only Jo and Eric reading all the entries, so they've probably got loads to get through!

112 writers sent in stuff, according to their Blog (dated 15th December).
Considering they're going to pick half-a-dozen, that's better odds than most comps.

They're calling for actors on their Facebook page (Cento Productions) where it seems they'll be workshopping/developing some shortlisted entries and (it reads like) they'll make the final decisions based on these workshops.

Cheers for the update. It seems a pretty good way to select suitable scripts.
The Facebook page says the event's been cancelled. How does getting into this show compare with getting in The Sitcom Trials, from your point of view?
It's still there if you look in the 'Cento Productions' group.
I don't know how it compares to The Sitcom Trials cos I never got into The Sitcom Trials! It's just failure every year!
